An electromagnetic relay is an automatic switching component with isolation functionality, widely used in remote control, telemetry, communications, automatic control, mechatronics, and power electronics equipment. It is one of the most important control components. It can sense certain input variables (such as current, voltage, power, impedance, frequency, temperature, pressure, speed, light, etc.) through its sensing mechanism (input section); it has an actuator (output section) that can control the 'on' and 'off' states of the controlled circuit; between the input and output sections of the relay, there is an intermediate mechanism (driving section) that couples and isolates the input, processes the function, and drives the output section.
